The Leadership Blind Spot.

Diagnostic-Led Intervention | EQ-i 2.0 & EQ-360™ + RAM-R™ Framework

Misalignment rarely starts in the middle of an organization. It starts at the top and scales down.
This intervention makes visible how leadership behavior is shaping what’s happening across the organization—using data, not theory.

Format: Diagnostic + facilitated session Group size: 4–10 leadersDelivery: In-person or virtual

THE PROBLEM

Leadership doesn't break down under pressure — it reveals what was never stable to begin with.

When pressure increases, leaders default to patterns they haven’t examined: avoidance, over-control, reactivity. These aren’t skill gaps—they’re automatic responses, and at the executive level, they shape everything beneath them.

The gap between how leaders believe they lead and how they actually show up under pressure is where culture quietly breaks down. Most organizations can feel it but don’t have a clear way to see or address it.

HOW IT WORKS

This is a sequenced process — individual insight first, then collective. Each step builds on the last.

01. Individual assessment

Each executive completes the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 — validated assessments that provide objective, multi-rater insight into leadership behavior. This is the data layer that makes everything else possible.

EQ-i 2.0 + EQ 360 included

02. Three 1:1 debriefs per leader

Three private sessions to work through the results in depth. Leaders move from data to insight to deliberate action with time to process, test, and embed each shift before the group session.

3 x individual debriefs included

03. Facilitated team session

Individual insights come together at the team level. The group examines how their collective leadership patterns are shaping alignment, decision-making, and performance across the organization.

04. RAM-R™ method: closing the gap

Sustainable change doesn't happen through awareness alone. The RAM-R™ method — Reflection, Awareness, Management, Repeat — is the mechanism that interrupts default patterns and replaces them with deliberate, consistent behavior.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

EQ-i 2.0 Individual Report

A validated assessment of emotional intelligence and leadership patterns. Completed before the session — each leader arrives with clear, evidence-based data about how they operate.

EQ 360 Report

A multi-rater assessment providing a full 360-degree view of leadership behavior how others experience each leader, compared to how they see themselves. Executive-only.

3 x 1:1 debrief sessions per leader

Private sessions to translate assessment results into specific, behaviour-level shifts. Three sessions provide the depth needed to work through the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 results properly.

Full-day facilitated team session

The group session that brings individual work into a collective context — using the RAM-R™ method to close the gap between intended and actual leadership at team level.

Group / Team Report - (ADD-ON)

An aggregate view of leadership performance across the executive team as a whole. Useful for boards, CHROs, and senior L&D teams who need to understand collective patterns, not just individual ones.

The 3 Pillars of Leadership Stability

These are not abstract traits. They are the internal conditions that determine whether a leader becomes reactive under pressure — or remains consistent.

Self-worth

Stops overcompensating, proving, and hesitation under pressure.

Enables decisive, grounded leadership.

Self-acceptance

Stops defensiveness, denial, and projection of unexamined patterns.

Enables accurate self-awareness under pressure.

Self-confidence

Stops inconsistency, second-guessing, and withdrawal.

Enables stable, repeatable leadership behaviour.

WHAT LEADERS LEAVE WITH

Before

  • Patterns projected onto teams without awareness
  • Culture shaped by what leaders haven't examined
  • Friction and misalignment that can't be sourced
  • High performers leaving because of how it feels to be led

After

  • Patterns recognised before they land on others
  • Culture shaped by intentional, regulated leadership
  • Executive alignment grounded in shared self-awareness
  • Teams that stay because their leaders have done the work
