How is consulting different from a workshop?

A workshop delivers a shared experience to a group — awareness, tools, and a framework to take away. Consulting goes deeper and is bespoke to your organization's specific context, data, and challenges. It is diagnostic before it is interventional.

Do we need to have done a workshop first?

No. The Leadership Pressure Audit is a strong standalone starting point. For organiaztions who have attended a workshop, the Advisory is a natural continuation and Emma will already have context on your team.

Is the Advisory for individuals or organizations?

Both. Senior leaders can engage individually, and organizations can hold an Advisory on behalf of a specific leader or team. The structure adapts to context.
